What do I actually receive?

You receive execution records only when I take action in my own live brokerage account:

• Buy / Entry
• Add (DCA)
• Trim / Reduce
• Rebalance
• Sell / Exit
• Hold / Inactive

If I do nothing, you receive nothing. There is no forecast feed, no “advice,” and no commentary stream. Each record is factual, post‑execution, and time‑stamped.

How are signals delivered?

Signals (execution records) are delivered via a private, read‑only Telegram channel.

• No chat. No replies. No phone numbers shown.
• Notifications should remain ON to avoid missing posts.
• Each entry is published ≥ 24 hours after execution.
• Posts follow the “Execution Record” format as defined in the Rules & Legal page.

These records are shared for transparency and education only — not as instructions to trade.

What is the cost?

CAD 1,000 per 3‑month term.
There are no monthly or trial plans. All memberships are non‑refundable once access begins.

Is there a performance or success fee?

No mandatory performance fee exists. If you materially benefit, you may send a voluntary bonus — this is cultural, not contractual.

Is there a referral benefit?

Yes: +1 month added per successful referral (named before payment). Maximum: +6 months total.

How do I join or renew?

You can start or renew anytime via the official Stripe checkout link:

Are payments refundable?

No refunds once access begins. If membership is revoked without cause, the unused portion is refunded. If revoked for cause (leaking signals, interference, harassment, or disrespect), no refund.

Can membership be revoked?

Yes. Madalytics may decline, suspend, or end membership at any time to preserve integrity.

• Revoked without cause → unused portion refunded.
• Revoked for cause → no refund.

Maintaining discipline and confidentiality is non‑negotiable.

Is this investment advice?

No. All communications, including Telegram posts, are impersonal educational research under the NI 31‑103 publisher exemption. Nothing here constitutes investment advice, financial advisory services, or a solicitation to buy / sell securities.
