Madalytics collects and stores only the minimum personal information required to process membership access and maintain records of consent. This includes your name, email address, payment confirmation data, and Telegram username (if applicable).

All records are retained securely for up to 7 years in compliance with Canadian federal requirements (PIPEDA) and relevant data-retention obligations under the Civil Code of Québec. Data is never sold, shared, or transferred to third parties except where required by law or for legitimate administrative purposes (e.g., payment verification or fraud prevention).

• Request access to or correction of your stored information.
• Request deletion of data at the end of your membership term, provided retention is not legally required.
• Withdraw consent to further communication at any time.
